Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Rotana. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and profitability of the restaurant.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and quality control
- Help with developing and implementing business strategies to enhance profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of productivity and service quality
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create and update menus, promotions, and special events

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
