Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greeting customers and presenting menus
2. Taking accurate food and drink orders
3. Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
4. Building rapport with customers to enhance their dining experience
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or complaints

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in the Food & Beverage industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
