The Chef De Partiecoordinates activities of a particular workstation engaged in preparing and cooking food products for various destinationvenuesasper instructions from the Executive Sous Chef. The position supportsvarious sections of the galley withfast paced service. Knowledge of food menus, recipes, food ingredients, allergens, and advance cooking methods are required. Creole speaking is preferred.
