The Communications Services Specialist (CSS) is responsible for all internet revenue generating programs onboard for both guests and crew and ensures the efficient and optimal day to day operation of the internet services. This includes sales, service, marketing, first level support, reporting, administration and printing facilities.
The CSS possesses a dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for ‘Delivering the Wow’ through industry leading customer service while demonstrating exemplary problem resolution skills.
