As a Head Waiter, you will supervise and coordinate the functions of the restaurant sequence of service and all essential duties and responsibilities. The locations include but are not limited to Main Dining Room, Windjammer, and Specialty Restaurants. While performing your role in the restaurant venues, you will also be engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests, ensure the smooth operation of the dining venues, including coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining service standards, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the dining areas.

Join us if you have a minimum of three years previous experience in a restaurant management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and ability to speak English and additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
