Job Description

  1. Adhere rules and regulation of the resort.
  2. Promptly and courteously handle all the guest arrival and departure, follow procedure.
  3. Escort the arrival guests to their room.
  4. Provide general information to guests on arrival before departure and promotional information’s about resort facilities, services and all the outlets.
  5. Handle the VIPs, CIPs, Tour Operators, Travel Agents, FAM trips where appropriate. 
  6. Monitor and follow up for the arrangements for guests with special requests (e.g., repeaters, honeymooners, birthdays, anniversaries, handicapped).
  7. Monitor that all in-house guests are being well looked after.
  8. Handle guest complaints, requests and emergencies where appropriate.
  9. Provide courtesy calls to VIPs, repeaters, sick and long stay guests (to show them that the resort recognizes their importance and wishes to make their stay as comfortable as possible).
  10. Maintain and update general information board and excursion board.
  11. Maintain hygienic condition of the lobby.
  12. Promoting, Handling and tour guiding of guest excursion.
  13. Assist sales staff by escorting potential clients for the events and activities.
  14. Handle resort properties, work equipment’s in a proper manner and follow preventive maintenance procedures. 
  15. Attend any social or promotional gatherings, training, staff activities or general work the Department or Management may hold.
  16. Provide miscellaneous clerical guest services where appropriate.
