Rustic Pathways is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to help us keep our information accurate and organized. This behind-the-scenes role supports our program teams, marketing, and customer experience operations.
What You’ll Do:- Input and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and content systems
- Organize program schedules, student lists, and contact info
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Assist with digital file management and document formatting
- Support special projects that require clean, reliable data
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Familiar with tools like Google Sheets or Excel
- Able to follow clear instructions with precision
- Communicates reliably with a remote team
- English reading level sufficient for data labels and basic forms
