Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for - under the management of the Guest Relations Manager and taking into account the established standards - supervising and leading all tasks at the San Clemente Palace Lounge at the Marco Polo Venice airport at the gustes' arrival

Key Responsibilities
Welcomes, meets, assists, informs hotel guests arriving at the Venice Marco Polo airport at our loung desk
Responsible for the communication with all guests providing highest quality service standards
Be constantly in touch with the hotel, specifically with front office and concierge in order to organize the utmost transfert and service from the airpot to the hotel and offer the best service according to guests needs and expectations and LQA/Kempinski standards
Handle guest complaints and requests in a polite and efficient manner, give further instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
Keep the area in good order and efficient

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Eligible for a working permit in country of hire

Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management

International experience in a 5 star property or similar

Italian – excellent oral and written skill
English – excellent oral and written skills
Additional language - beneficial

Planning, organisational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with superb presentation and grooming
