We are currently looking for a ServiceLeader – Public Area to join ourHousekeepingteam.

As a Service Leader - Public Area, we rely on you to

• To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's standards operating policies and procedures;
• To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's experiences and Group specifications;
• Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily;
• Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards;
• Ensures public area attendants' work assignments are completed.

We are looking for someone who:

• 2 year experience in a similar capacity
• Guest relations to host International tourist, Speaks and writes English well
• Warm and friendly personality
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Creative and open-minded
