We are looking for a 1st Dim Sum Chefbased at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a 1st Dim Sum Chef, we rely on you to:

  • Handle all types of Dim Sum cooking duties
  • Monitor the production process of steamed and double-boiled items
  • Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
  • 負責各款點心烹調
  • 監控蒸煮和燉品的生產過程
  • 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • 基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • 五年相關經驗
  • 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
