We are now looking for an Assistant Vice President/ Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to join our Global Headquarters in managing cross-functional operational projects.This role acts as the key coordinator among corporate functions, regions and hotel properties in implementing the Group’s initiatives.

As our Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, we will rely on you to:

  • Provide thought partnership to operational departments in designing medium-to-long-term strategies in their respective areas to achieve the Group’s vision.

  • Understand the Group’s operational needs and define project scope and tasks with different business units to meet the strategic goals.

  • Take ownership of projects from strategicplanning, implementation, to performance evaluation and review.

  • Manage the project tasks, critical path and monitor the progress of all project-related activities to ensure all the defined project objectives are met within project scope, schedule and budget.

  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and business unit leaders.

  • Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations for the C-Suite.



We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy in project management in driving complex projects with various business stakeholders, preferably with exposures in the hospitality industry.

  • Degree in Business Management or related discipline. Master in Business Administration is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, reporting and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds, build relationships quickly and lead people to deliver projects.

  • Leadership capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

  • Communicate effectively with different levels of employees across multiple locations and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
