We are now looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Wellness Team. You will develop an integrated Wellness program to drive guest experience in addition to Wellness operation. You will also have the exposure to be involved in a wide range of Wellness projects globally.

As Assistant Vice President, Wellness Operations (Group Level Role) we rely on you to:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of an elevated wellness program with continuity across all properties.
  • Oversee the ongoing development of wellness offerings unique to the Resort, including broad concept definition, market positioning, and retail selection.
  • Work with other hotel leaders and the sales team to create operational and wellness strategies to continuously enhance our guests' experience while generating a positive return on wellness investment.
  • Review and refresh wellness offerings in line with, and in anticipation of, guest and industry global trends.
  • Ensure successful performance by implementing audit/evaluation measures of wellness revenue generation, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and monthly oversight of the Team Members in our Wellness departments.
  • Works with the Director of Spa Training to develop practical training manuals/plans.
  • Reviews overseas training request and budget.
  • Handle affiliated partner programs and documents related to third-party agreements and marketing agreement campaigns, i.e., products and training.


We are looking for someone who has/ is:

  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level operating Experience in a destination wellness resort
  • Experience in structuring and implementing wellness activities, programs, and packages.
  • Knowledge of professional wellness services and treatments.
  • Familiarity with all Resort operating departments, including Rooms, F&B, Finance and retail.
  • Experience with reporting, budgeting, and project management
  • Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and make decisions.
