Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.

We are currently looking for a Chinese Executive Chef to join us.

As a Chinese Executive Chef, we rely on you to

• Responsible for overall Chinese culinary operation, which includes purchasing, storage and product control up to the proper creation, planning and implementation of creative menus.
  
  
• Ensure the ultimate guest experience across all managed outlets and food service within the hotel and for external catering requirements.
  
  
• Maintain the highest standard of food quality and sanitation standards.
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• 2 years and above working experience in a similar role in international hotel.
  
  
• Experienced high-end catering events.
  
  
• Displays initiative and creativity.
  
  
• Ability to lead and motivate team, detect and develop talent.
  
  
• Can manage change, and swiftly adapt to changing environments, following local trends.
