We are looking for a Club Concierge / Club Ambassadorbased at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Club Concierge / Club Ambassador, we rely on you to:

• Provide personalised guest services
• Perform check-ins and check-outs
• Provide secretarial, concierge services and food & beverage services
• Responsible for mail and information and airlines reservations / confirmations
• Supervise and assist in the training ofClub Ambassadors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma or above in hospitalty or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in service industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Self-motivated and well-organised
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Club Ambassador
