We are looking for a Concierge based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Concierge, we rely on you to:

• Be responsible to create an impressive first and last impression to guests
• Assist guests with an enthusiastic, friendly and caring attitude
• Assist arriving and departing guests with transportation arrangements andassists guests with their luggage
• Ensure a smooth traffic flow of all vehicles at all times
• Maintain security awareness at all times towards hotel and guest vehicles

We are looking for someone who:

• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Responsible, good team player and good customer service senses
• Willing to work on shift
