Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-LaBoracayis a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island, the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. As aConcierge Supervisor, we rely on you to:
- Provide a personalized guest service
- Create a memorable experience for the guests
- Engage with guests and enhance the service based on their feedback
- Assist with any issues or problems
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Is a self-starter and a team player
- Loves being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
