We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - cafe TOO Kitchenbased at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:

• Prepare food production according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
• Be responsible for the display of food items and show pieces
• Conduct food checks and ensure food are prepared according to Hotel standards
• Supervise the work of junior personnel
• 根據主廚的指示、要求及食譜製作食物
• 負責食物擺盤及展示
• 檢查食物並確保食物根據酒店標準製作
• 監督初級廚師的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in related professions, with 2 years experience in a supervisory position
• With strong understanding of kitchen operations, including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• 最少4年相關工作經驗，包括2年督導職位經驗
• 具相關廚房運作知識，包括每日運作、成本控制、採購系統、食物安全及工作安全知識
• 具團隊精神並能於壓力下工作
