Executive Lounge Manager

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Executive Lounge Manager is responsible to provide excellent services to guest as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Horizon Club Lounge by ensuring the consistent service delivery in line with the quality and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to workpass restriction, only citizenship of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered

Excellent in English (oral and written), additional Asian foreign language skill (such as Mandarin, Japanese) will be an advantageous

Bachelor degree/diploma holder

Minimum 03 (three) years of solid work experience in a similar capacity with large scale operation at an international luxury hotel brand

An energetic and vibrant personality with a strong managerial and leadership skill

Knowledgeable about Food and Beverage
