As the General Manager we rely on you to:
- Be responsible for the hiring, selection, andmanagement ofthe Hotel's Executive team,using considerable independent initiative and judgment, providing leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operation of the Hotel on a long-term basis.
- Leadthe team in developing short-, medium- and long-term strategies to communicate the philosophyand its implications to all staff.
- Ensure that hotel employees are committed to the common values to provide the foundation for relationships and decision making.
- Provide the environment where creativity and innovation are recognized/rewarded.
- Provide leadership in developing the culture of customer-driven organization.
- Be responsible for the implementation of performance appraisal system to optimize individual performance.
- Create an image as a quality hotel and responsible corporate citizen through relations with press, local authorities and professional associations, etc.
- Respond to all SLIM audits to ensure continual improvement can be achieved.
- Implement and support an Environmental Awareness Program.
- Ensurethe safety and qualityof the building, facilitiesand services.
We are looking for someone who：
- Has solid experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager/Resident Managerwith city hotels, strong F&B background and luxury brand experience arehighly preferred.
- Holds degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, resourceful, and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language), due to the needs of servicing international and local customers.
- Hasa proved track record in driving engagement and guest satisfaction for the hotel.
- Is a savvy business leader with strong commercial acumen, effectively drive strategic projects, revenue and financial goals.partners that are beneficial to the region
