We are looking for a Group Coordinatorbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Group Coordinator, we rely on you to:

• Be responsible for assisting inpreparingevent correspondencesuch as proposals, letters of agreement, banquet events orders andgroup resumes
• Monitor group pcik up date and group billing upon check out
• Monitor rooming list as well as group cutoff date
• Handleincoming telephone calls
• Handle guest enquries and requests
• Liaisewith other departments for eventinformation
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum1 year's experience insimilar capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
