We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer (Native Mandarin Speaker) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Guest RelationsOfficer (Native Mandarin Speaker), we rely on you to:

• Ensurethe smooth and efficient operation of Guest Relations Department
• Provide perosonalized and prompt service to VIP guests from arrival to departure
• To liaise with relevant departments regarding guests' logistical requirements and amenities
• Keep updating the VIP list andguest preferences
• Knowledge of Hotel information to answer inquiries

We are looking for someone who has:

• Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in service industry
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Customer oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is advantage
• Excellent command of spoken English
• Native Mandarin speaker is a must
