Job Summary:

The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for performing administrative work, maintaining good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.

As a Human Resources Supervisor, we rely on you to,

• Keeps record of all the employee activities conducted and the expenses incurred.
• Assists in disseminating information relevant to the general staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of specified information, as needed, and instructed.
• Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
• Provides first level support of employee relations matters and uses judgment to give direction to employees or involve higher level management.
• Monthly check of duty rosters and attendance information prior to payroll closing
• Ensures accuracy of staff database records and update consistently.
• Ensure employees’ personnel files are properly filled and filling is in order on a consistent basis.
• Provides updates on Probation Performance appraisal of employees (sends forms, follow-ups and maintains records)

What we are Looking For:

• At least 1 year working experience in a hotel.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
• Computer Knowledge.
