We are looking for a Learning & Development Executiveto join our team!

As a Learning & Development Executive, we rely on you to:

• Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders
• Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records
• Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area
• Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs
• Effective and coordination with external stakeholders

• Has a passion for Learning & Development
• With good communication and people management skills
• Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Enjoys interacting with people
