Shangri-La Circle loyalty program is looking for a dynamic and passionate person who will drive Content Marketing for newly transformed loyalty programme. As part of the Global Loyalty Marketing team, this role will create a comprehensive Content Strategy to complement and achieve the business objectives of the Group. Working closely with the internal departments, including regional offices and hotels, he/ she will take a lead in the ideation, sourcing, production, copywriting and the execution of content creation across digital platforms including social media. Based at our Global Headquarters, this role will report to Assistant Vice President, Shangri-La Circle (Portfolio Marketing).

As our Manager, Shangri-La Circle (Content Marketing), we will rely on you to:

  • Develop copywriting and maintain updated content of marketing campaigns across channels
  • Work closely with agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables adhere to the brand guidelines
  • Propose creative projects, tools and test new approaches to generate awareness, buzz and business demands
  • Take ownership of the Group’s media channels management and account community management
  • Ensure all the KPIs for assigned campaigns are achieved


We are looking for someone who has/ is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations or other relevant disciplines is preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Social Media and Content Marketing
  • Proven track record of success and previous experience working in large scale/ complex organization with multiple locations and stakeholder, with strong project management skills
  • Experience in developing creative and agency briefs, with strong copywriting skills, for both advertising and content output
  • In-depth working knowledge of international (China and non-China social media platforms, tools, paid social solutions, content marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and culture
  • Solid interpersonal skills reflecting leadership ability; the personality to inspire confidence and build teams and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
