Job Summary:

Responsible for Purchasing all requirements of the hotels and ensures that items purchased conforms to the required standards of quality and quantity at the lowest possible cost.

Preparation of tender documents for tendering, evaluation and negotiation of tender bids received, to recommend final price to Financial Controller and Director of Procurement.

May also be required to source for items or contractors for special projects.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in performing purchasing, functions for a large company, preferably a hotel.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
