We are currently looking for a Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Security to implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.

As a Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Security we will rely on you to:

  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services to develop emergency response plans.
  • Managing and training security personnel across the organization, including conducting background checks, hiring, and scheduling.
  • Investigating security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and accidents, and reporting findings to management.
  • Providing security awareness training to employees and guests to promote a safe and secure environment.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree or diploma in biochemical or Chemical Engineering. Preferably to have Fire Manager / Fire-Life Safety certification.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessment, planning and leading fire-prevention programs at the corporate / strategic level.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experiencein local law enforcement and emergency services/ or private sector to develop emergency response plans.
  • Knowledge of both local & recognized international fire codes.
  • Knowledge in HAZMAT, is added advantage.
  • Experience in providing security awareness training to employees and guests to promote a safe and secure environment.
  • Good written & spoken English.
