As a Service Associate - FO/SC, we rely on you to

1. provide professional, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic telephone morning call service to guests;
2. keep track of the daily arrival list, especially important and returning guests, and understand their special requirements.
3. be responsible for entering guests' messages into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
4. ensure that all inquiries and requests are met with professional assistance and a warm and friendly attitude.
5. ensure that all telephone calls are routed to professional standards.
6. be familiar with the hotel services and facilities; 7. be aware of the hotel's restaurants and operations; and
