Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island, the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

His primary duty is to prompt and efficient service of all Food and Beverage items available in our outlets. The strength and sincerity of the Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa’s image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guest’s expectation. It should be noted that Service Associates can be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an international hotelwith the same capacity is an advantage.
• Strong background in Bartending, F&B Service and Operations.
• A self-starter, guest-oriented, with eye for details, has initiative and anticipation.
• Membership in the Philippine Bartenders League/ International Bartenders Association is a plus.
• Oral and Written Fluency inboth Englishand Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is an advantage.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Management or any related course.
