You are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to remote users
- Support on end-user computing (Anti-Virus & Security Patch deployment and reporting)
- Active Directory administration
- Email administration
- Technical support on mobile devices and remote VPN access
- Software licenses and hardware inventory management
- Work with vendors to provide computer hardware maintenance support
- Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- University degree in the field of Information Technology preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in end-user computing support.
- Ideally, the candidate should be certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or other relevant courses.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and O365 Email Administration
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, efficient in follow-throughs.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language.
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Experienced in providing simple user training
- The ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST.
- Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
