You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to remote users

  • Support on end-user computing (Anti-Virus & Security Patch deployment and reporting)

  • Active Directory administration

  • Email administration

  • Technical support on mobile devices and remote VPN access

  • Software licenses and hardware inventory management

  • Work with vendors to provide computer hardware maintenance support

  • Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management



To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree in the field of Information Technology preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in end-user computing support.

  • Ideally, the candidate should be certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or other relevant courses.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and O365 Email Administration

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail, efficient in follow-throughs.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language.

  • The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

  • Experienced in providing simple user training

  • The ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST.

  • Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
