We are hiring for a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Receivable).

As a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Receivable), we rely on you to:

• Supervisor Accounts Receivable Section
• Check daily collection receipt transactions and ensure timely posting of collections in OPMS.
• Review of all Statement of Accounts prior to release
• Attend to Guest's queries
• Review of credit card reconciliations and other electronic payments
• Handles timely preparation and submission of travel agents commission and alike
• PrepareAging Detailed and Summary Report
• Handles month end closing of Accounts Receivable
• Prepares / Review Balance Sheet Analysis and Reconciliation to all AR accounts
• Prepares AR related taxes and submission to BIR
• Maintain and file document properly
