Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Information Technologyto join us.

As a Service Leader - Information Technology, we rely on you to

  • Assist the Department Head to manage day-to-day end users support and I.T. operations support activities on a 24-hour basis
  • Provide first line quality and prompt I.T. service to external and internal end users
  • Respond to IT Helpdesk calls to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Maintain, operate and keep updated all I.T. systems; ensure proper backup and contingency plan is in place for all systems
  • Provide support on video conferencing and events with AV facilities
  • Work with vendor for resolving technical issue
  • Maintain supported product inventory, including hardware and software


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Information Technology
  • Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 2 years or above in the I.T. Support environment, experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
  • High awareness and consciousness in I.T. security and I.T. policy compliance
  • Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
