We are looking for a Service Leader - Reservation

As a Service Leader - Reservation, we rely on you to

  • Encourage the Reservation team to achieve consistently high reservation scores.

  • Implemented guest opinion questionnaire to improve the service quality of the department.

  • Familiar with the process of room booking, to provide guests with the latest and most accurate room information.
  • Implement the list of "no-show guests" and daily team cancellations.
  • Prepare working hours and schedules for all reservation staff.
  • Manage the writing of all daily correspondence on a daily/monthly/annual basis.
  • Change existing reservations and forecast existing and future reservations based on the reservation status.


We are looking for someone who:

  • College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
  • Clear Mandarin.
  • with good product telephone sales skills, can achieve the maximum hotel room reservation rate.
  • with sales business negotiation ability, can reasonably deploy hotel products, distinguish priorities, to achieve room sales targets.
  • with good language organization and writing skills, clearly and logically express sales intentions.
  • Able to supervise the booking work of team members and guide subordinates to improve telemarketing ability.
