Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader/ Service Associate – Recruitment to join us.

As a Service Leader/ Service Associate– Recruitment, we rely on you to

• Implements effective and efficient recruitment and selection procedures
• Ensure all hiring are covered by properly authorized documents and follows established procedures in handling both local and expatriate.
• Develop and maintain all recruitment channels, promote hotel by new social channels.
• Maintain and explore new Campus resources and ensure internship recruitment needs.
• Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.

We are looking for someone who:

• Good communication skill
• Good language skill both in English and Chinese due to the needs of working with local and foreign staffs and partners.
• Relevant experience in same position
• Self-driven and motivated person.
• Able to work under pressure
