Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader – Training to join us.

As a Service Leader – Training, we rely on you to

  • Assist Training Manager to implement the training function to support corporation’s business objectives and management continuity goals.
  • Keep and track training data.
  • Present training and assist other associates with conducting training.
  • Assist the Training Managerin the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.
  • Be familiar with all the SOP and P&P of hotel and assists departmental trainers to plan and conduct on-the-job training.
  • Assist the Training Manager in sourcing for training materials appropriate to the hotel associates and responsible for purchasing or having materials printed.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • At ease in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good computer skills irrelevant working system
  • Commitment to professional values
