We are currently looking for a Service Manager – Assistant The BREW Manager to join our Food Beverage team.

As a Service Manager – Assistant The BREW Manager, we rely on you to

• Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis
• Ensure every guest receives high quality service
• Coach and maximize the performance of the team
• Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
• Provide support on urgent issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Enjoys being challenged
• Willing to work shifts
