Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapies, adhering to established protocols.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and therapies in the spa industry.
• Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a relaxing experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their specific needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, restocking supplies as needed and ensuring equipment is properly sanitized.
• Educate guests on the benefits of various treatments, offering recommendations based on individual preferences and goals.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue generation.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about treatments, and address any concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with the reception desk and performing other tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally within a luxury spa or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of various massage and spa techniques, as well as the ability to customize treatments based on guest preferences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented and attentive, ensuring a consistently high standard of treatment delivery.
