We are looking for aStaff Restaurant Supervisor based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Staff Restaurant Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Be Responsible for the overall operations of the Staff Restaurant, includingsupervision, coordination, and participation in all colleague-related activities
• Render services and delight our internal guestson their needs with the existing guidelines and standards set up by the Hotel
• Ensure smooth operation of the Staff Restaurant
• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
• Check cleanliness and maintain the hygiene of the section prior to and after service
• Obtain feedbackto ensure colleagues' satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
