We are looking for a Technical Officer based at Kerry HotelHong Kong!

As a Technical Officer, we rely on you to:

• Providetechnical supports to Engineering team
• Carryout fault analysis, trouble shooting on system machinery and plant utilities
• Keep records and controls issuing of storeroom items
• Maintainadequate stock level of spare parts
• Obtainquotations from suppliers / contractors as requested
• Source alternatives / substitutes
• Ensurethat the delivered items are in good conditions and complied with specifications / requirements
• Maintainworkshop tools / equipment stored in storeroom in a good working condition
• Ensurethat the storeroom, plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition
• Compliewith Hotel’s Health, Safety & Hygiene policy
• Other duties as assigned by the Management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum3 years of experience in the maintenance ofHotel Equipment and Facilities
• Knowledge of machinery and utilities
• Knowledge ofstock management
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
