We are now looking for Vice President to join our Wellness Team. This role plays an integral part in delivery of the group-wide strategic initiatives. This includes defining the strategy, aligning directions, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of various business divisions in Headquarter, Regions and/ or external consultants. This position will offer top management exposure and involvement in a wide range of Wellness projects globally. Successful candidate needs to be able to be both a strategic thinker, and a well-rounded executor.

As Vice President, Wellness (Group Level Strategic Role) we rely on you to:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive the growth and success of our overall Wellness business across markets and hotel properties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative Wellness offerings and develop sound business plans.
  • Establish strategic partnership with best-in-class Wellness vendors and partners.
  • Create and manage budget for Wellness business and articulate the value of Wellness to property owners and internal corporate leaders.
  • Develop global Wellness programming and standards to ensure consistency in service delivery and customer experience.
  • Develop an effective performance measurement system to evaluate and monitor our Wellness offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best-practices and make recommendations for incorporating these into our offerings.


We are looking for someone who has/ is:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership role within the Wellness business.
  • Extensive experience in driving corporate-level strategy and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong commitment to creating a world-class Wellness experience for our customers.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and effectively present ideas to senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals in a collaborative, result-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
