À propos du poste
La persona sarà inserita nel reparto Food & Beverage e, di supporto al Manager, potrà conoscere l’operatività dei vari reparti (cucina, ristorante, bar, room service, banchettistica), prendere parte a progetti e imparare la gestione del personale seguendo procedure e linee guida di una azienda internazionale. Si occuperà sia di back office, attraverso la gestione del personale casual, sia della parte più operativa, collaborando all’organizzazione ed all’allestimento di eventi e banchetti.
