As Human Resources Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

. Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.

· Focus on the rejuvenation of the Human Resources department.

· Support Human Resources Manager in the preparation and implementation of the property’ human resources plan in line with needs and host engagement initiatives.

· Develop host engagement initiatives.

· Support Human Resources department on recruitment and host ratios, succession planning and individual development plans (IDP).

· Assist on conducting host satisfaction surveys and support on formulating any corrective action.

· Attend and assist on the preparation of periodic host meetings, awards, performance management system.

· Keeping job descriptions up-to-date and relevant

· Maintain confidential host files

· Assist on conducting periodic salary and benefit.

· Assist to schedule events, activities and team gatherings with the collaboration of my team and communicate any activities to hosts.

· Review and assist on developing host accommodation and host facilities, along with the host restaurant and host committee, careers fairs and various other host activities.

· Participate in Mission Wellness activities and social and environmental activities in coordination with rest of Human Resources team.

· Follow Human Resources compliance's on all legal, statutory and financial requirements.

· Maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards.

· Maintain host management practices and budgetary controls to ensure the successful operation of the department.

· A high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.

· Ensure that interaction and communications between departments within the property are clear and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of the property.

· Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the department.

· Complete accurately all corporate reporting requirements for the role.

· Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the Human Resources Manager with a two-way flow of pertinent information and communications.

· Perform any additional duties given to me by the General Manager.

À propos de vous

To execute the position of Human Resources Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

· Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

· Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.

· Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.

· Insert visa/work permit requirements

· Insert certification required by law if any e.g covid vaccination

A spa, a selection of rooms, suites and villas, restaurants, wine library, swimming pools and organic garden are but a few of the many features offered.
