Projected average monthly Service Charge approximately USD 1500
Cook and serve Chinese food specials from certain provinces according to the Chef’s speciality.
Cook and serve a range of fresh as well as fried spring rolls.
Cook and serve Chinese Desserts and Sweets.
Operate Chinese Pop-ups and live cooking stations.
Develop and demonstrate with guests, Chinese Cooking Classes.
Cover all meal periods including breakfast.

À propos de vous
Expertise in Chinese Cuisine and Chinese Restaurant Operations.
Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred.
Certification in ‘Chinese Food Preparation’ would be an added advantage.
Manages, schedules, assigns, trains, disciplines and monitors the work of the Asian culinary.
Assists in creating menus , meal planning and maintains portion and food cost controls.
Coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure correct sequence of service.
Proficient with a variety of steaming, baking and soup cooking techniques. (For Chinese / Banquet Kitchen)
Must have a variety of seafood and meat processing techniques.
Able to work with and consume all products and ingredients.
