SWOT Hospitality is looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant Mykorini Greek Cusisine and Piazzetta Italliana - Italian Cuisine in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and to ensure a smooth flow. Also, to create and maintain a positive restaurant culture. Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.• Collaboration with the Chef for menu development• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations• Organize and supervising daily shift operations.• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.• Maintaining safety and food quality standards• Engage with the customers and keep customers happy.• Coordinate with the whole restaurant team and handle team conflicts.• Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.• Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.Report:• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports and keeping statistical and financial records.• Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the General Manager.
