Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting and recruiting candidates for all open positions in the hotel and driving efficiency in recruiting the right caliber for the right team. The recruitment manager is a key contributor in promoting the hotel and the brand as the employer of choice.

Description
- To create and implement and effective talent strategy and practices to support the sourcing, attracting, screening and the hiring of the best talent for all the roles across all the departments.
- Regularly update recruitment Tracker and Headcount
- Advertising of all vacant positions in notice boards, Kempinski Career Site and KEEP system.
- Screening applications, interview all shortlisted candidate and conduct reference checks for all selected talents
- Communicate regularly to the head of the department and the hiring managers all the relevant information related to hiring updates.
