DIGITAL MARKETING BRANDING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Branding Specialist to join TUI’s dynamic performance marketing team in our office in Stockholm. In this new role, you will be responsible for increasing TUI’s online brand visibility by managing digital brand awareness activities in the Nordic markets according to set budgets and goals. The specialist will build and nurture the company’s brand image digitally and drive and maximize digital marketing opportunities to increase the share of organic and direct sales. We are looking for someone who is not only online brand savvy but also a technology expert in programmatic advertising tools and other digital marketing platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat to name few.  

The specialist will also support the Nordic Digital Marketing Manager with long term strategy and key projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital brand strategies to effectively position and promote the company’s brand across various digital channels.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital media campaign plans aligned with the offline brand campaigns to achieve the company awareness goals.
  • Coordinate the creation of creative and engaging digital media assets.
  • Manage end to end digital projects in partnership with the media agency, including cooperation with tourist boards.
  • Responsible for the digital brand budget placements and optimization of the activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incl Brand, Creative, and Media teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create analysis & report for digital and brand awareness KPIs & Metrics, incl return on ad spend (ROAS) to be able to better optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Evaluating the consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across various digital touchpoints reinforcing brand recognition and trust.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key insights and leverage them to enhance the brand’s positioning and messaging.
  • Continuously optimize and test new digital branding formats on data-driven insights and feedback and stay tuned with the digital media landscape.


 

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or relevant subjects
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience in digital marketing, brand management or similar role.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including display advertising, programmatic advertising, paid search, SEO and social media advertising.
  • Brand Management Experience: Brand Strategy – Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, including defining brand voice, values, and positioning. Brand Monitoring – Proficiency in using tools to monitor and analyze brand performance, sentiment, and perception in the digital space.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance. Ability to interpret data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize digital branding efforts.
  • Tech Savviness: Experience using digital marketing platforms, including Google Products & Meta Ad Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager and/or other programmatic and social media platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communication teams, to maintain brand consistency.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles in the digital branding process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, any Nordic language is a benefit.
