You will provide operational and administrative support to the OSH Service SM Team Manager and business partners across your assigned destinations.

ABOUT OUR OFFER 

 

• A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 18.500 € gross per year.
• Working days Monday till Friday, 40 hours a week
• 22 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)

ABOUT YOU

 

• Exceptional administration, planning and organisational skills.  
• Computer literate and technically capable of working within a new digital service environment.  
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish. Other languages would be advantageous to service the source markets.
• Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.  
• A talented team player with the ability to work remotely and who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.  

ABOUT THE JOB

 

• You will be responsible for managing staff IT credentials  
• Managing the staff accommodation tool by uploading contracts, downloading reports, and assisting in other key tasks regarding staff accommodation when required.  
• Monitoring incident management cases by taking actions requested by the source markets.  
• Communicating with suppliers and liaising with local TUI Support Agents and operations teams in your assigned regions regarding post-holiday legal claims and the reclaim procedure with our suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.  
• Monitoring the back-office email log and following up on specific cases (sky speed, hotelier queries, welfare requests and/or others).
