Nesta função irá desempenhar:
- Atividades de limpeza e tratamento de loiças e produtos associados.
Esperamos que tenha:
- Sentido de responsabilidade, por forma a agir em conformidade com as normas de HACCP;
- Noções de hospitalidade de luxo, de acordo com os padrões aplicáveis à sua função;
- Capacidade de garantir a qualidade de lavagem, limpeza e arrumação de todas as loiças e equipamentos afetos à função;
- Capacidade de garantir a limpeza e arrumação das áreas subjacentes à cozinha (corredores, restaurante do staff, armazéns do F&B).
