We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef who is truly passionate about the culinary arts, someone who has mastered the techniques and takes them to new heights. If you have a passion for gastronomy, extensive experience in luxury hotels, and are ready to operationally lead a team in pursuit of perfection and detail, then you are the candidate we are looking for.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all kitchen operations, from menu creation to ensuring each dish is a culinary masterpiece, and operationally supporting the teams across different restaurants. You will be accountable for maintaining our standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring each meal is a memorable experience for our guests. Your creativity and culinary skills will be key to our success as you lead a diverse team towards gastronomic excellence.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and developing seasonal menus, considering dietary restrictions and gastronomic trends.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop creative and innovative dishes that differentiate our culinary offerings.
  • Operationally supporting various restaurant teams as needed.
  • Ensuring the consistency and quality of dishes through established cooking and presentation standards.
  • Training, guiding, and supervising a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen team members.
  • Setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and encouraging continuous professional development.
  •  Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering team spirit and mutual respect.
  •  Efficiently managing food and labor costs to ensure budget compliance.
  •  Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and food safety standards, as well as relevant governmental regulations.
  •  Supervising safe food preparation and implementing strict sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  •  Conducting regular audits to ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained.
  •  Planning and executing special events and catering services, coordinating with other departments.
  •  Developing customized menus for specific events, considering client preferences and dietary needs.
