- Reviewing invoices on a daily basis with the Convention Services Manager / Catering
Sales Manager
- Ensuring that all PM´s are closed on checkout of the group if no credit is applicable
- Responsible for reviewing the deposits report and ensure all payments have been
arranged prior to the arrival of the group
- Responsible for reviewing all commission agreements
- Ensure all commission invoices are received in a timely manner
- E-mail correspondence with Coventions team as well as Meeting Planners
- Team player and flexible to assist with other tasks within the Conventions Department as
needed per operations
- Attend daily Morning Meeting
- Attend weekly Convention Services Meeting
