  • dare il benvenuto ed accogliere il cliente
  • check in e check out
  • assegnare le camere
  • informare del regolamento interno;
  • gestione dei reclami o disguidi;
  • operazioni di cassa;
  • funzioni amministrative, come la gestione della posta elettronica e non, l’attenzione telefonica e l’archivio e gestione di documenti, come fatture, identificazioni e rapporti;

Si richiede:

Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 6 mesi

Inglese fluente scritto e parlato

Conoscenza del sistema operativo OPERA

Ottime doti di comunicazione
